I'm typing this letter to you today on behalf of the horses of Windhorse Retreat. I was worried about my keyboard.
I saw how horses go into trailers in Costa Rica. That would be good for me - no roof, wind in my mane, looking cool. New horse trailer or I could run outside the truck. That would be a good present too.
See you soon,
Santa. Santa... Santa! Watched my hero all year. Worked up the ranks. Learned how to be a strong horse. Ready for a girl of my own. Promise to be the best boyfriend ever. Want short girl with a long mane, really short, shorter than pony short.
I've had a very close relationship with the farrier all year, and I'd like a more distant relationship now. We all need some trimming to look and feel our best, so manicures every six to eight weeks are appreciated. My farrier is a lovely lady, but not seeing her every two weeks would be a great present.
PS If you want the real intel on naughty or nice, I'm your girl.
As you know, my dear Elfin one, because you have been watching, I would like to have the barn as my own washroom (one side) and personal nap room (other side) for the spacious interior suits me. The sheds are not the same, no matter what Sandy says about the straw being the same, and it being what she deems a "big job" to clean the barn after my presence.
Your faithful and obedient servant,
You have a magic sleigh and I can help. With Slew the Enemy as your wheel horse, the presents will fly around the world even faster. Can I help? I can hang out with Nugget and poop in the barn. But running is better!
Santa, it's me, Tango! Wow, you're coming to visit me too? I've been a good horse all year. It wasn't really my fault all that stuff fell in the bunk house. I wanted to know how it worked. What I really want for Christmas is to go into the big house. I promise I won't touch anything.
Love you to the moon and back,
I am content in my life. I am asking for my horses and the people in their past lives. Give them the gift of remembering each other always. Let their people know that we smile in our horse ways when we think of them. Thank them for their love that gave us this horse family. We dance for them when we roll and skip and buck with the sunshine on our backs.
